An Update on COVID-19 Precautions

AN UPDATE ON COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

At Integrity Spine and Orthopedics, we are closely watching the COVID-19 pandemic and following how it’s affecting people in our practice area and around the country. Right now, our clinic in Jacksonville remains open so that our physicians and staff can continue to help as many patients as possible. With that in mind, the safety of our patients, staff members and physicians is our number one priority at this time (and all times). 

We know that many of our patients have concerns about coming into the clinics for appointments right now, and those fears are completely understandable. We’d like to let you know all the precautions our clinics are taking to keep everyone we interact with safe and healthy. First and foremost, we are adhering to the guidance and recommendations from the CDC and Florida Department of Health. Additionally, we’re taking the following actions:

• We’re performing temperature checks on everyone who visits our clinics

• We’ve spaced out the chairs in the waiting room so patients can practice social distancing while they’re waiting for appointments

• We’re requiring that all patients wear masks in the clinics, and we have masks available for patients who don’t have one

• We have hand sanitizer available for patients in the clinics

• Our physicians and staff members are also wearing masks at all times while in contact with patients and during other scenarios where social distancing isn’t possible

• We’re performing thorough daily sanitation cleanings in the clinics, and we’re sanitizing rooms after each patient visit
